TERMS OF SERVICE – GHOST SUPPLY
Overview
By placing an order with Ghost Supply, you agree to the terms outlined below. Ghost Supply is an independent, in-house streetwear brand. All items are produced internally and many are handmade or made to order.
Orders & Production
All items are produced in-house. Some products are made to order, especially patchwork or limited pieces.
Processing time for new orders placed in 2026 is estimated at 2-5 weeks.
Processing time refers to production time and does not include shipping transit time.
Ghost Supply is operated by one person, with all production, printing, sewing, and quality control handled internally.
Older / Rebuild Orders
A small number of orders placed prior to 2025 are still being completed as part of the rebuild following the 2024 warehouse fire. These orders are fulfilled separately and do not affect processing timelines for new orders.
Shipping
Once your order is completed and packed, tracking will be provided automatically. Shipping time typically ranges from 3–5 business days once in transit, depending on the carrier and destination.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because many items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Please double-check sizing, address, and product details before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and limited nature of Ghost Supply products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must Contact Ghost Supply Support on Instagram within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Limited Releases & No Restocks
Many Ghost Supply items are released in limited quantities or as one-of-one pieces. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed and may never occur.

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the content, imagery, or branding. All designs, artwork, and product concepts are the property of Ghost Supply.
