Due to COVID-19 and health safety concerns, all sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure youβre confident in your purchase before checking out.

By placing an order with Ghost Supply, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
π₯ Fire Recovery Notice β April 6, 2024
On April 6, 2024, our production facility was impacted by a fire that destroyed a significant portion of inventory, equipment, and in-progress orders. Insurance only covered personal property, not business losses.
This event marked a major turning point in our brandβs journey. Since then, weβve worked to rebuild from the ground up with upgraded materials, improved equipment, and a more efficient production system.
π Ready-to-Ship Fulfillment Model (as of July 2025)
Ghost Supply has officially transitioned to a ready-to-ship model.
All new items listed on the website are in stock and typically ship within 1β3 business days.
This change eliminates extended wait times, while preserving the handcrafted quality weβre known for. Orders placed after July 2025 are not subject to previous delays.
π Outstanding Orders from 2023βMid 2025
A limited number of orders placed between 2023 and June 2025 were impacted by the fire and ongoing production recovery. These remaining orders are currently being fulfilled by hand in the order they were received.
All outstanding orders from this period are scheduled to ship by August 31, 2025.
By placing an order, you agree to this fulfillment timeline and acknowledge that refunds are not available for these delayed orders. Every item is being recreated with care and attention.
π§΅ Commitment to Craftsmanship
Each Ghost Supply product is designed, cut, and assembled with care. While our production model has shifted to ready-to-ship, the handmade spirit of the brand remains. Slight differences in texture, color, or construction may occur and are part of what makes every piece unique.
β Cancellations, Refunds & Variations

Refunds are only issued in the rare case of damage or incorrect items caused by our error.

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Variations in fabric, print placement, or color tone are not considered defects and are part of the handmade nature of our items.
