Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

πŸ”₯ Fire Recovery Notice – April 6, 2024

On April 6, 2024, our production facility was impacted by a fire that destroyed a significant portion of inventory, equipment, and in-progress orders. Insurance only covered personal property, not business losses.

This event marked a major turning point in our brand’s journey. Since then, we’ve worked to rebuild from the ground up with upgraded materials, improved equipment, and a more efficient production system.


πŸš€ In-House Production Model (as of 2026)

Ghost Supply now operates on an in-house production model.
All new items listed on the website are produced internally and made to order.

Most orders ship within 2-5 weeks, depending on volume and production flow.

This approach allows for tighter quality control, refinements, and upgrades on each pieceβ€”while avoiding the extended delays tied to past rebuilding periods. Orders placed moving forward are part of this updated system and are not subject to previous delays.


πŸ•’ Outstanding Orders from 2023–Mid 2025

A limited number of older orders were affected by the fire and recovery period.

These orders are actively being fulfilled in the order they were received. We are committed to completing all outstanding orders as efficiently as possible.

Estimated completion timeline: by the end of 2026

We are continuously working through this backlog and appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully recreated.

Each Ghost Supply product is designed, cut, and assembled with care. While our production model has shifted to ready-to-ship, the handmade spirit of the brand remains. Slight differences in texture, color, or construction may occur and are part of what makes every piece unique.


❌ Cancellations, Refunds & Variations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to production beginning shortly after purchase.

Refunds are only issued in cases of :

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items caused by our error

Variations in fabric, print placement, or color tone are not considered defects.
