🚚 Shipping Policy – Ghost Supply

At Ghost Supply, every piece is printed or sewn in-house by hand. We’re not fast fashion. We’re an independent brand focused on quality, originality, and making pieces that last.

⏳ Processing Time (2026 Orders)

All new orders placed in 2026 have an estimated processing time of 2-5 weeks. Ghost Supply is operated by a single person, with each piece printed or sewn in-house and quality-checked before shipping.

⚒️ About Older Orders

A small number of older orders placed prior to 2025 are still being completed as part of the rebuild following the 2024 warehouse fire. These are being fulfilled separately and do not affect the processing time for new orders.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is finished and packed, you’ll receive tracking automatically. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once in transit, depending on the carrier and destination.
